 June has been kind of a crazy and stressful month. I still can't believe we're halfway through 2022.

What I Watched In June




Events of June
-I'm still finishing up school, and I'm so tired of classes and ready for it to be done. 
-I had some family visit this month, and it was fun to see them. 
-I've been editing two novels this month, which has been fun but busy. 
-It was my sisters' birthday this month and we had some friends over [they live in the same state as us, but in a different area, so it was nice to see them].
-I also had some martial arts lessons this month.
-There were some fun parts of June, but there was also a lot of stressful things---both in my life and in the world. 
So, that was my June. How was yours?

    June seems agggggggges ago! There was quite a lot of rain here, which I enjoyed, even though it made my sister's graduation party hard.

    What did you think of Red, White and Royal Blue? I've heard a lot about it.

      It really does. There was a lot of rain where I live, too.
      I thought it was pretty good. Not an all-time favorite, but I liked it.

If I Was A Fictional Character [Tag]

 Hello there! Random Buffy GIF just because.   Sam  did this tag on her blog, and I asked her if I could do it, and she said yes.  This looks like it will be a lot of fun. *rubs hands together gleefully* Share a snippet that includes a description of their appearance: She's flopped out on her bed, furiously typing up a blog post on her laptop. She's tall, and athletic looking with very long legs. She's dressed casually in ripped jeans [she didn't buy them ripped. They just happened to rip while she was wearing them, and they're her most comfortable pair, so she keeps wearing them], a mint green hoodie, and socks with llamas on them. Her hair is medium-length, wavy and light brown with blonde streaks/highlights. Basically my hair is like hers, only longer. Her favorite feature is her eyes. In Which I Talk About My WIP

 Greetings, friends! So, during my semi-hiatus, I did get to do a little more writing than usual, so I thought now would be a good time to talk about my WIP. So, here we are. I stole   borrowed this tag from Christine's blog. Technically, you're supposed to do it doing NaNo, but I'm doing it now.  What first sparked the idea for this novel? I'm not....totally sure. I know the idea first came to me in November 2020. It came from me wanting to write a book with magical powers, and I've always liked elemental magic, so that's sort of how it got started. Originally, I'd imagined it as a TV show, actually, and it was just a fun idea to play around with in my head, but then I ended up tweaking it a little, and it's now it's a whole novel. Share a blurb [or just an overall summary if you'd prefer]? I think I'll probably just give a summery, honestly, because that's easier. It's summertime.
