5 Favorite Tricia Helfer Characters

Image
So, I've mentioned that I'm a pretty big Tricia Helfer fan. I've also seen her in a lot of things, so I decided to list my favorite of her characters. Also, they're all so amazing, and great.  #5: Alex Forrest, Chuck  Mmmm, oh, Alex, Alex, Alex. Basically, she's a spy brought in to evaluate if Chuck and Sarah's relationship is getting in the way of them doing their jobs. She's very......shall I say, frosty? And sort of a much sexier counterpart to Casey, as they're both stoic rule followers, and very snarky, and into guns and weapons and.....I just really love her character. And I wrote a fanfiction about her [that is how I show my love for any character]. And she really is just so beautiful [could say that for any of these characters, though].  #4: Carla Baxter, Burn Notic e Carla is the main antagonist of Season Two on Burn Notice, and she is just amazing. Amazing to the point where I wrote a fanfiction about her. Carla, again,

Under Their Skin Review

Image
Hello. I'm back with another book review. Title: Under Their Skin Author: Margaret Peterson Haddix Genres: Sci-fi, Action, adventure, thriller Page Length: 320 pages Summary: Nick and Eryn's mom is getting remarried, and the twelve-year-old twins are skeptical when she tells them their lives won't change much. Well, yes, they will have to move. And they will have a new stepfather, stepbrother, and stepsister. But Mom tells them not to worry. They won't ever have to meet their stepsiblings. This news puzzles Nick and Eryn, so the twins set out on a mission to find out who these kids are, and why they're being kept hidden. My Thoughts: This is a very exciting book. As you may have guessed, I'm a huge action/adventure fan, so that part was good. The protagonists were likable, and seemed like real twelve-year-olds [and I've been twelve, so I should know]. Anyway, there isn't much I can say without giving anything away, but Haddix is a master of clif

Legally Blonde Review [Take Two]

Image
Hi. Well, I'm reviewing Legally Blonde again [it was the first movie review that I ever did on this blog], and I wanted to see what I thought of it a year later. And, also, I have sisters who are twins and they had a birthday recently, and this is the only movie they both like. Genres: Comedy Director: Robert Luketic Writer: Karen McCullah Cast: Reese Witherspoon, Luke Wilson, Selma Blair, Matthew Davis, Victor Garber, Jennifer Coolidge, Holland Taylor, Ali Larter, Oz Perkins, Linda Cardenelli, Meredith Scott Lynn Rating: PG-13 Summary: Elle Woods, a fashionable sorority girl is dumped by her boyfriend. She decides to follow him to law school, while she is there, she figures out there is more to her than just her looks. My Thoughts: So.....this does not look like my kind of movie at all. However, last year we were watching trailers for movies, and this one looked funny. And it is funny, and just a fun movie. The cast was great [Matthew Davis' smile made him look

Elysium Girls [Book Review]

May Recap

Image
Hey. So May went by pretty quickly [I need more hours in the day], and it's June 1st, so today's as good a day as any to do my recap. Books Read in May I read a lot of books in May. Granted, most of them were middle grade, but still. Movies Watched in May So, I saw the new[ish. I think it came out in December, right?] Star Wars movie, and it was.....not too bad. I like the first three Star Wars movies, but I'm not a huge fan. And, guys, you all need to see Battlestar Galactica. Like, now. I'll wait here while you finish all four seasons, the miniseries, and movies. The rest of these movies were pretty good. I recommend them. TV Shows Watched in May Seasons 1 and 2 Season 1 [the only season.....] Various seasons, and the quarantine special. I skipped around through several seasons. It is one of those rare Disney Channel shows that is actually decent.  Just one season two episode. Liked it a lot.
