Collaboration Part 2

Hi. So, I asked a bunch of questions and let you all answer them. Now, here's a part 2.
What's Carla's next move [about her pregnancy, I mean]?
Is Spencer Morris coming back?
What does Carla mean when she said ''Lots of our operatives have families. If we went easy on them they wouldn't learn that there are unfortunate consequences when you don't listen.''
Has she been through family-related pain in her past?
How does she feel about having a child of her own?
Are Carla and Jacob's feelings for each other real [yes, I know I've asked that before but I'm asking just in case your opinions have changed]?
What's a shocking plot twist you'd like to see?
Does anyone else find out that Carla is pregnant?
What is something you'd never guess about Jacob?
Does Cathenna have a partner [not a romantic one, just one that she works with]?
Why did Carla decide to tell Jacob about her pregnancy? She could've kept it a secret if she wanted to.
Who is someone that actually scares Carla?

    1. Carla's next move is probably to find a way to hide it so no one knows she has it.
    And probably to find a way to get the baby into adoption or something, because she would probably want to do something like that.
    2. I think he is.
    3. She is probably saying that an operatives' family can easily get into danger, if the operatives accidentally give out information about them they didn't mean to that leads someone into finding them and hurting them.
    4. I think Carla's family pain related past, might have been accidentally revealing information that got her family killed. I hope that works with the story. :)
    5. Probably scared, uncomfortable, and like she is trapped with the child. Who she in a way is sharing her own meals with, which to Carla I am sure would feel very weird and uncomfortable.
    (In terms of pregnancy, but in terms of the baby) I think once he or she is born she wants to give the baby to someone else, so the baby doesn't have to deal with the spy life or for that matter get killed in the spy life.
    6. They are probably somewhat, but I still think Carla might be using him or he might be using her in some way. Perhaps the pregnancy happened because he wanted Carla to temporarily stop being a spy or something. I think the pregnancy happened for a reason really. But we don't know what reason...
    7. I would love to see another shocking plot twist surrounding the pregnancy.
    8. I think she does a good job keeping it hidden. So I don't think anyone else but Jacob and the doctor knows.
    9. I had the idea that he had been an serial killer as well as a double agent, but I don't know how well that works. Would you want something more normal for Jacob or something shocking and surprising?
    10. Maybe because she thinks it might be his child, and she wants to let him know. She also might be somewhat angry at him if it was, so she might have mixed feelings when telling him about it.
    11. I think she does.
    12. I think this relates to 6, I think she blames Jacob for it and also has mixed feelings about it.
    13. I don't have an actual person, but I think abusive men scare her.

    3: Yeah, that's kind of what I meant but I wasn't entirely sure
    4: Ooh, that's such a good tragic idea that would definitely scar her
    5: Yeah, I'm sure it's very uncomfortable for her.
    6: I feel like they both have ulterior motives but still kind of love each other.

    8: She doesn't seem like someone who would let it slip. Unless someone managed to gain access to her medical file.
    9: Those are good, shocking ideas that most people wouldn't guess since Jacob's such a nice guy.
    10: I think she definitely thinks it's Jacob's child so she wanted to let him know

    12: Yeah, I also don't think Carla's necessarily against the idea of having a baby but I think it's bad timing

If I Was A Fictional Character [Tag]

 Hello there! Random Buffy GIF just because.   Sam  did this tag on her blog, and I asked her if I could do it, and she said yes.  This looks like it will be a lot of fun. *rubs hands together gleefully* Share a snippet that includes a description of their appearance: She's flopped out on her bed, furiously typing up a blog post on her laptop. She's tall, and athletic looking with very long legs. She's dressed casually in ripped jeans [she didn't buy them ripped. They just happened to rip while she was wearing them, and they're her most comfortable pair, so she keeps wearing them], a mint green hoodie, and socks with llamas on them. In Which I Talk About My WIP

 Greetings, friends! So, during my semi-hiatus, I did get to do a little more writing than usual, so I thought now would be a good time to talk about my WIP. So, here we are. I stole   borrowed this tag from Christine's blog. Technically, you're supposed to do it doing NaNo, but I'm doing it now.  What first sparked the idea for this novel? I'm not....totally sure. I know the idea first came to me in November 2020. It came from me wanting to write a book with magical powers, and I've always liked elemental magic, so that's sort of how it got started. Originally, I'd imagined it as a TV show, actually, and it was just a fun idea to play around with in my head, but then I ended up tweaking it a little, and it's now it's a whole novel.
